Enduring Guardianship

family law and custody concept

Appointing an Enduring Guardian is appropriate if you want to ensure a trusted family member or friend has the authority to make decisions about your lifestyle (such as medical treatment, living arrangements and care) should you become unable to do so yourself.

Appointment of an Enduring Guardian involves understanding your wishes and preparing a document which sets out who you want to appoint as your Guardian.  You may appoint more than one person as your Guardian who can act together or separately.

Dunn & Cockle Lawyers Pty Ltd has the experience and skills to assist you with your Enduring Power of Attorney and any required updating of your Will.
